Östermalm guide

High-end Stockholm is located in Östermalm. Visit any of the cultural venues such as Berwald hallen, Royal Dramaten or Swedish History museum. Östermalm also holds the nightlife of Stockholm at Stureplan, as well as high end shopping at any of the design boutiqes along Biblioteksgatan. Enjoy a gastronomic experience or enjoy a picknick in the beautiful Humlegården park.

Old Town guide

The island of Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s old town. Travel back in time while tripping on the cobbled streets and soaking in the colorful 17th- and 18th-century buildings. Visit the medieval Storkyrkan cathedral and the Royal Palace, the king’s official residence. Stop for a fika at a bistro which serve Scandianavian cuisine or a beer in a medeival setting.

Vasastan guide

Vasastan is a residential area in Stockholm known for its parks, in particular Vasaparken, a popular picnic spot, and Observatorielunden park, home to the Stockholm Observatory. Tegnérlunden park has statues of Astrid Lindgren, author of the Pippi Longstocking books, and playwright August Strindberg, whose former home, now the Strindbergsmuseet, is nearby. Cozy Scandinavian restaurants cluster on Odenplan and St. Eriksplan squares.

Urban Kungsholmen island connects with Vasastan and is home to the relaxed Rålambhov park which hosts outdoor cinema, a skate park and a beach.
